OmniCure AC275 and AC2110

The OmniCure AC275 and AC2110 air-cooled UV LED curing systems from Excelitas Technologies combine a compact form factor with advanced front-end optics to provide high peak irradiance and exceptional uniformity. Multiple UV LED heads can be adjoined while maintaining optical uniformity between each system. The flexibility to achieve larger curing areas in a variety of customizable lengths enables manufacturers to improve throughput without compromising on performance.

The standard AC2 systems provide a reduced output angle from typical LED systems, ideal for printing applications, to help eliminate back reflection of the light to the print heads. All AC2 Series come with a flat outer surface that allows for easy cleaning and replacement for ongoing maintenance. By adapting the output to support the process requirements of the industry, the new AC2 Series product portfolio can be applicable for a range of varying applications with different process needs.

OmniCure AC450/P and AC475/P

UV LED Small Area Curing System for Adhesives, Coatings and Inks.

Designed with a unique combination of high output LEDs and custom optics, the OmniCure AC450/P and OmniCure AC475/P air-cooled UV LED curing systems provide high irradiance (>8W/cm2) at flexible working distances, enabling manufacturers to achieve outstanding productivity with reduced running costs.

Utilizing our patented process for individually addressing each UV LED module output, the OmniCure AC450/P and OmniCure AC475/P LED curing systems offer consistent results by ensuring high longitudinal uniformity over the entire 50mm (2?) to 75mm (3?) curing area. A uniform exposure area allows for curing of larger and/or multiple parts simultaneously. It also offers the ability to convert a static curing process to one where parts are being cured while in motion in order to increase throughput.

High Power, Small Area UV LED Curing Systems for Adhesives, Coatings and Inks

The OmniCure AC550, AC550P, AC575 and AC575P air-cooled UV LED curing systems are designed with advanced front-end optics to provide high power, high peak irradiance and exceptional uniformity at different working distances. The systems deliver 14W/cm2 peak irradiance for fast, even curing at long working distances. P versions of the AC5 Series have enhanced optics to optimize the dose for short working distances along with a removable window for easy cleaning to support print applications.

Utilizing our patented process for individually addressing each UV LED module output, the OmniCure AC5 Series offers exceptional uniformity over the entire curing area for consistent results. A uniform exposure area allows for curing of larger and/or multiple parts simultaneously. It also offers the ability to convert a static curing process to one where parts are being cured while in motion in order to increase throughput.

Designed with a unique combination of high output LEDs and custom optics, these air-cooled UV LED lamp systems provide high irradiance at flexible working distances, enabling manufacturers to achieve outstanding productivity, with reduced running costs.

The OmniCure® AC7150 and AC7300 provide exceptional uniformity over the full curing area for even and consistent curing. For even greater flexibility in curing larger parts, multiple systems can be joined together, maintaining the same uniformity between the systems.

Large Area UV LED Curing Systems for Adhesives, Coatings and Inks

The OmniCure® AC8150/P, AC8225/P and AC8300/P air-cooled UV LED curing systems from Excelitas Technologies are designed with advanced custom front-end optics to provide high-powered, high peak irradiance and exceptional uniformity at different working distances. The systems deliver over 8 W/cm2 peak irradiance for fast, even curing at long working distances. “P” versions of the AC8 Series have enhanced optics to optimize the dose for short working distances required by print applications. By adapting the output to support the process requirements of the industry, the new AC8 Series product portfolio can be applicable for a range of varying applications with different process needs.

The OmniCure AC9 Series are high-power UV LED Curing Systems delivering over 14 W/cm2 peak irradiance for fast curing of inks, adhesives and coatings. The AC9 Series’ innovative design features a high-performing, small form-factor, air-cooled solution to enable fast line speeds in industrial manufacturing and printing.

Consisting of the OmniCure AC9150, AC9150P, AC9225, AC9225P, AC9300 and AC9300P, the AC9 Series of UV LED curing systems have advanced front-end optics to provide the ideal combination of high power, high peak irradiance and exceptional uniformity at varying working distances. The three AC9-P versions of the AC9 series are equipped with a replaceable outer window for easier maintenance in printing applications at close working distances. A patented process for addressing individual UV LED module outputs provides exceptional uniformity for even curing over the entire area. The scalable design allows for multiple heads to be adjoined for customization and flexibility without compromising on output uniformity.
